RETURNS POLICY

As we are a roast-to-order company of a consumable product, returns are not the norm. However, we pride ourselves in providing the highest quality, freshest coffee possible. If you are ever dissatisfied with our products or service, please let us know so we can make it right. Your complete satisfaction is our goal!

SHIPPING POLICIES

Coffee is usually shipped within one to three business days from the date of your order (depending on roasting schedules, whether your coffee is flavored and whether you have requested ground coffee). We ship via UPS, FedEx within the continental US and offer USPS to Alaska and Hawaii. You should receive a notification from the carrier containing your tracking number when your shipment departs our facility (to the email address you used when registering). When you select our new FedEx Smart Post shipping method, we are subsidizing a portion of that cost in order to provide a low-cost, flat rate shipping option.  We may choose to upgrade the shipping method to standard FedEx or UPS at our discretion at no additional cost to you.

 *ADDED ITEMS

Items that reference additional ingredients being added to the coffee such as nuts and coconut flakes are only added to items ordered in whole bean form.  These are more for visual effects than flavor.  For our clients who have nut allergies, etc., we refrain from processing anything through our grinders, other than coffee, to prevent any potential problems.  

 TERMS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For legal disputes and taxation purposes, all transactions are deemed to have taken place in Tullahoma, TN, subject to all applicable TN laws and taxes.
